Doom power
The location of Doom has been discovered. He has gone to a solar system just as a star was burning up creating a black hole. Doom has used ancient magic to encase the black hole and is harnessing its power. This means that Doom can destroy entire solar systems whenever he likes. He has destroyed many solar systems but the Rebellion are getting there just before and saving people. However, we still have very few rebels.

he use it on the daleks or tomsett or the ons system or anything?
he hasn't yet but he could use it to blackmail or simply to kill soon
