no hope
ONS has been assassinated. He accepted a challenge by a ninja assassin sent by Tomsett. It was a rough battle but he was overcome. The rest of the Rebellion couldn't intervene because they were trapped in mortal combat. At the end of the fight ONS was killed. The assassin ran off straight away. Atlantean and light magic could have healed him but they didn't act fast enough. The VirtualPigMaster is now in control of the Rebellion. There is no hope left for us.

there is no obvious answer todefeating Evil either. my tardis is currently badly damaged and is randomly flying about after the controls were shot
